My name is Xandy Moore, and I am a fully-licensed transaction coordinator. Originally from Cincinnati, I moved to Asheville after college for a year of Americorps. I fell in love with Western NC and still am happy to call it home after 15 years. I purchased my first home in 2019 with my spouse, our two cats, and two bunnies. The process inspired me to get my Real Estate license.

I am a seasoned transaction coordinator with three years of experience in the real estate industry. With a passion for organization and attention to detail, I have built a reputation for providing exceptional support to agents and clients throughout the transaction process. I am skilled in managing deadlines, communicating effectively with all parties involved, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. In my free time, I enjoy baking, paddleboarding, reading, exploring Asheville’s food scene, traveling, true crime shows and podcasts, and trying to live up to the expectations of my cats, Millie and Olive June.
